| All funds must be received by the FAAN office on or before August 1, 2010 to be eligible for the above incentive prizes. Prizes are not cumulative. All pre-registered children attending a Walk in person will receive a T-shirt. Adults who raise $100 or more by Walk Day will receive a T-shirt. For Walks before August 1, additional incentives will be mailed to qualifying participants after the deadline. For Walks after August 1, incentives will be distributed at the Walks. Participants must be present to receive prizes. |

Walk teams at each Walk location have the opportunity to get their team name added to the back of the official FAAN Walk T-Shirt. To qualify, either raise the minimum amount of support on your team’s online page(s), or get the minimum number of walkers officially registered to your team. The qualification details, recognition levels, and rules are below.

Important Rules and Dates: Recognition level will be determined based on online donations and online team member registrations made via your team’s web page on www.foodallergywalk.org and will not include offline donations and/or offline registrations. Recognition level will be based on the online donations and/or team member registrations processed no later than July 30, 2010. This allows FAAN the lead time required to design, print, and ship the T-shirts before the Walk. The program is intended exclusively for individual Walk teams and not as an alternate form of corporate sponsorship. Corporate Sponsors will only be recognized after completion of the Corporate Sponsor Participation Agreement in conjunction with the Volunteer Walk Chair and FAAN. The recognition on the T-shirts will be limited to a maximum of one team name per team. The team name that appears on T-shirt will be limited to 20 characters. Team names must be in good taste. FAAN reserves the right modify this program at any time and to make all decisions regarding this program in its sole discretion.

The Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network
We walk to find a cure for food allergies and to fund research and education programs. We walk to increase awareness of food allergy and the effect it has on a community. We walk to provide understanding, hope, and an opportunity for a child with food allergy to simply be a child. We walk to save a life!
Over the years, FAAN has been at the forefront of progress in food allergy research. Findings from research studies have been used to change federal and state laws, improve school policies, raise public awareness, improve the daily lives of individuals with food allergy, and provide education for patients, caregivers, and health professionals.
